Welcome to Taste Transit. By accessing or using our website, products, or services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our site or Services.

1. Who We Are

Taste Transit Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a manufacturer and distributor of food ingredients, sauces, marinades, salts, and breading mixes. Our registered address and contact details appear in our website footer and our Privacy Policy.

2. Scope / Applicability

These Terms govern your use of our website, and any purchase, trade enquiry, or service you engage with through us. They apply whether you are a consumer (B2C) or a business (B2B). Additional or different terms may apply to specific services or product agreements, which will supersede these Terms where expressly stated.

3. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our Services.
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering or ordering.
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, and for all activities under your account.

4. Orders, Quotes & Acceptance

All orders, quotations or services requested are subject to our acceptance. We may decline or cancel orders for any reason (including lack of stock, suspicion of fraud, or if your credit is not approved).
Orders that we accept form a legally binding contract between you and Taste Transit under these Terms plus any specific service/product agreement.
Any variations (e.g. custom product, white label, “create your own”) must be confirmed in writing (email or signed agreement).

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices shown on the website or given in quotes are in [currency, e.g. GBP] and exclude VAT unless expressly stated.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Payment terms depend on whether you are B2B or B2C:

• For B2C: payment is due at time of purchase.

• For B2B: payment terms will be agreed (e.g. 30 days net) — late payments may incur interest at [statutory or agreed rate].
You must make payments by the method agreed (card, bank transfer, etc.).

6. Delivery, Title & Risk

We will deliver goods/services to the address you specify.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery (or upon collection, if you collect).
Title (ownership) in goods remains with Taste Transit until we have received all monies due (including interest, costs).
Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur. We’ll notify you of any significant delays.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because many of our products are food / perishable / customised, we may limit returns.
If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act (e.g. for faulty goods).
For custom, white-label, or create-your-own products, cancellations or returns may not be possible once work commences; we may retain deposit or offer partial refund as agreed in writing.
In all cases, claims for defects or nonconformity must be made promptly (within [x days] of delivery) with clear evidence.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — text, logos, images, designs, product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to us.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content except as permitted (e.g. viewing, ordering).

We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee product descriptions or website content are error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taste Transit’s liability is limited. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, business, or goodwill.
For B2C consumers, statutory protections (e.g. for faulty goods) cannot be excluded; these Terms do not prejudice your rights under law.
Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order or service.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of law.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites or external resources. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk.
